Return & Refund Policy  We’d like to thank you for shopping with our company. Our team is always trying to help you choose the corect product for your ultimate relaxation by assistance with questions about your body weigh and body size. Our massage chairs are manufactured in Japan, Europe and China, it is possible that there may be very minimal color differences of what you see on our website and real product. To avoid this please request also real pictures from our team. These are not considered flaws. If you are not entirely satisfied with our products we are going to help.

Returns: Client have have 14 days to return the product from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return please respect our following requirements: Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must be in original unopened packaging. Product must have the receipt/ invoice and proof of purchase. Please note that we can only accept returns of unopened product package.

Refunds: As soon as the product is returned to our company, it will be inspected and you will be notified immediately that is in our possession. An closer inspection will be executed by our tehnician. If the verification is approved we will initiate a refund to your bank account in max 14 days.

Shipping costs Cost of return if totally in the dutie of client. As well as finding the right suitable transportation back to us.
